“Budget cuts” are said to be the reason for the releases.
Former WWE superstars, Ariya Daivari and Curtis Axel have been let go by WWE.
The two were being used as producers for the company, but it looks like they were let go due to “budget cuts”.
This news comes from PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, and Johnson claims that both Daivari and Axel were working in WWE on a probationary basis for several months, but both have fallen victim to WWE’s budget cuts.
Both were brought to the company in this different role back in April, and unfortunately, it’s not worked out.
WWE justify most of their talent releases by citing “budget cuts”, and the releases of production staff are no exception to this rule.
