The dream match is still on.

Great news for fans anticipating Roman Reigns v The Rock next year at WrestleMania. According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE are still planning on delivering the match next year in Los Angeles. Meltzer stated:

“It’s the plan. It’s 100% the plan for this year (WrestleMania 39). But the idea is, it’s the plan if he can do it. We’re still months away, months and months away. So many opportunities and things like that may come up that are far more important than WrestleMania”.

Meltzer didn’t comment on if the match will be for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title. If rumours are to be believed, WWE is going to look to split the titles, as the USA Network is pressuring WWE to have a top title featured on RAW.
