Another Law Firm Seeking Potential Plaintiffs Against the WWE
Looks like the WWE is facing a potential lawsuit; at least if the law firm finds enough potential shareholders to sue the WWE.
Ringside News’ Michael Perry reports the law firm Glancy, Prongay, & Murray LLP has issued a press release about their
“Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP (“GPM”), a leading national shareholder rights law firm, today announced that it has commenced an investigation on behalf of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or the “Company”) (NYSE: WWE) investors concerning the Company’s possible violations of the federal securities laws.

The statement went on to inform shareholders:

WWE Facing Potential Lawsuit: More to Come?
This is just the latest law firm to launch an investigation into suing the WWE. While this investigation does not mean a lawsuit will be filed, the firm likely feels it’s worth their time and money.
As more revelations come out about Vince McMahon’s sex scandal, more investigations into lawsuits could occur.
With reports that HBO Sports is doing a piece on the scandal and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigating the WWE, expect more information to come out.
Whether this information proves detrimental to Vince McMahon alone or to both him and the WWE remains to be seen.
