McMahon may not go quietly.
This past Friday, McMahon shocked the wrestling world by formally announcing his WWE departure. This comes in the wake of recent allegations, but McMahon’s official reasoning for his retirement comes down to his age.
Nevertheless, according to a new report from Fightful Select, some talent in WWE don’t believe that McMahon’s retirement will be permanent, and he will eventually return to the company. There is a distinct possibility of this, after-all, it may be hard for McMahon to avoid getting involved.
McMahon has devoted his entire life to WWE, now with the company out of the picture, just how will McMahon spend all his free time? This report that McMahon may eventually return is supported by the fact that during the backstage talent meeting at the Money in the Bank event, talent were informed that McMahon “wasn’t going anywhere”.
This has led some to speculate that McMahon has no concrete plans to walk away from WWE forever.
