Exciting news for fans of the former NXT UK Champion!
A new report has indicated that WWE are high on former NXT UK Champion, Gunther.
According to Fightful Select, Gunther has impressed people of influence in WWE, and those key figures in WWE have been impressed with how Gunther has adapted to his name change and the tweaks to his presentation.
Additionally, the report states that WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon has been impressed with Gunther’s in-ring work.
Gunther is set to face Ricochet tonight on SmackDown for the Intercontinental Title, and if WWE are as high on him as reports indicate, Gunther should walk out of SmackDown with the title.
Gunther is insanely popular with fans, and he is one of the best in-ring talents in all of WWE. Hopefully, this push continues as Gunther has every tool it takes to be a main event attraction in WWE.
