Top Star Being Called Up To The Main Roster?

This would be fantastic.

A top NXT star could be set for a main roster call-up.

Last night’s NXT Heatwave special saw Tony D’Angelo defeat Santos Escobar in a Street Fight to end their extended feud. Per the stipulation, Escobar is now banned from NXT due to Tony D getting the win.

It’s not been confirmed if Escobar is set for a main roster call-up, but due to him now being banned from NXT, a call-up seems extremely likely. 

This is exciting, especially with Triple H now running WWE creative, so we can expect much more success in relation to main roster call-ups.
