Interesting comments from the AEW President.
AEW President, Tony Khan appeared on a media call on Thursday to promote All Out.
During the media call, Khan made several interesting comments, highlighted by him claiming that he’s less than optimism about a WWE collaboration due to “how they’ve treated him”.
Khan is likely referencing the rumours of contract tampering, but this has nothing to do with Khan personally, so fans are a little confused by his comment.
“I was pretty optimistic when they first made the change but I’m less optimistic now given how they’ve treated me”, Khan stated.
It looks like a WWE/AEW crossover is off the table, at least for now.
AEW All Out is set to take place this Sunday and will be main evented by CM Punk taking on Jon Moxley for the AEW World Title.
