Stinger Reflects on His Career and Its Grand Finale
An interesting interview over at The Ringer as Sting hints at his retirement storyline. The must-read interview features Sting discussing the many twists and turns in his career, including the incredible story of his return to the squared circle.
Sting didn’t elaborate on his retirement too much but he told The Ringer’s Cameron Hawkins:
“Well, I know Darby is going to be a part of it for sure. I won’t have a singles match at this point. Darby will be along with me and I’ll be along with him and we can add more to it as far as I’m concerned. But I have a few people [in mind] and I really don’t want to say now.”

Sting had nothing but praise for his protege Darby Allin, putting over Darby’s work ethic, creativity, and passion for the wrestling business.
Sting Hints at Retirement Storyline
Sting’s AEW run has helped his fans forget his run in the WWE. Sadly, the WWE failed to book him against The Undertaker, a classic case of leaving money on the table.
While it’s unknown what Sting’s endgame is, it’s likely going to be something special.
