The Black & Gold Era is back!
The NXT 2.0 brand is no more.
Last night’s NXT 2.0 celebrated 1 year of the 2.0 brand, and after the show a montage played highlighting the past 12-months. Closing the montage was a shot of the NXT 2.0 logo, this than transitioned into a black and gold logo. The logo is very similar to the old black and gold logo that was used in the past.
The montage was narrated by Shawn Michaels. In the montage he would state:
“‘NXT’ has been and always will be about developing the superstars of tomorrow, but we will always reflect and acknowledge the past,” Michaels said in the video. “‘NXT’ is constantly evolving and focused on the future. Superstars develop and move on, but our message to our passionate fans will never change. We are ‘NXT’”.
