WWE RAW Features Tag Team Championship Change
New tag team champions have been crowned on RAW as the team of Asuka and Alexa Bliss defeated Damage-CTRL’s Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai.
Asuka and Bliss (who have been out with a storyline injury sustained at the hands’ fo Damage-CTRL) returned to help save Bianca Belair from Damage-CTRL. “The Empress of Tomorrow” and “Little Miss Bliss” challenged the Women’s Tag Team Champions to a title match, with the WWE booking it for later in the evening.
The action-packed match saw Bayley standing in the corner for Damage-CTRL while Bianca Belair stood by Bliss and Asuka to fight off any interference from Bayley. After Bayley distracted the referee during a key moment, Belair had enough and went after Bayley.
New Tag Team Champions Crowned!
The champions did their best but Asuka and Alexa Bliss were only there to do one thing; win the Women’s Tag Team Championship. That they did, defeating Sky and Kai to become champions.
Congratulations to Alexa Bliss and Asuka on their championship achievement!
