Has The O.C. Solved Its Rhea Ripley Problem?
Another surprise appearance in the WWE as Mia Yim returns on RAW! The O.C. confronted The Judgment Day on RAW with AJ Styles talking about how the O.C. has been competing at a three-on-four disadvantage.
Fans watching the feud know that Rhea Ripley has given her team the advantage with laser-guided outside interference. Equally useful is the fact that The Judgment Day’s male opponents seem reluctant to strike Ripley.
This has led to speculation amongst fans (including WrestleLamia) as to which female WWE Superstar might step up to help The O.C. against The Judgment Day’s Ripley. Names ranged from WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix to current Superstar Raquel Rodriguez.
Fans expecting a current member of the WWE roster were in for a surprise. Styles told The Judgment Day that they haven’t found the answer to their Rhea Ripley problem. Finn Balor and The Judgment Day laughed off their woes; that is until someone in a hoodie laid out Rhea Ripley.
AJ corrected Balor saying that someone found the O.C. That person was Mia Yim, who proceeded to lay out “The Nightmare.”
Mia Yim Returns on RAW
Mia Yim was last seen in the WWE when she debuted on the main roster as part of Mustafa Ali’s Retribution faction, portraying Reckoning until the character was dropped and Yim was released from the WWE in 2021.
Yim, who is married to former WWE Superstar Keith Lee, has been the topic of discussion when it comes to the WWE’s current recruitment of past stars.
Where things go from here remains to be seen as Yim (a former IMPACT Knockouts champion) finds herself amongst a deeply talented roster.
It looks like The Judgment Day is going to have to deal with a level playing field in their program against The O.C.
