Is Sami Zayn vs Roman Reigns 2 happening? That seems to be the case following a tweet about an upcoming WWE live event.
This is a major change from the originally advertised match involving the two. Wrestling News’ Andrew Ravens discussed the previously planned bout:
Originally, WWE advertised Reigns teaming with Solo Sikoa to face Zayn and Kevin Owens in the headliner

Indeed, fans wondered how the match would take place after Kevin Owens turned down Sami’s request to help him take down The Bloodline. There was speculation the WWE accidentally spoiled a reunion.
While it’s believed Sami and KO will reconcile in time for WrestleMania, this is an interesting change of plans.
Is Sami Zayn vs Roman Reigns 2 Happening?
Analysis: Toronto is a major market for the WWE and certainly deserving of a big bout like this. Is it possible the WWE is preparing for a potential rematch at a PLE? Sami vs Roman has plenty of life in it as a feud.
One scenario could see Cody defeat Roman with Reigns blaming Sami for destroying The Bloodline. This could lead to a grudge match between the two at a major show. An event like SummerSlam would fit the bill.
