Are Triple H’s Creative Moves His Revenge?
Is Hunter getting even with Vince McMahon for dismantling his version of NXT and failing to push the stars “The Game” helped build up on the former black-and-gold brand when they hit the main roster?
That’s a theory being forwarded by former WWE talent Dutch Mantell, who recently theorized:
“Okay, so don’t you know that Triple H, after Vince had done that to his guys, he could have taken that as a personal shot and got all pissed off. Now, he is going to say; you did it to me; now I’m going to undo it and show the whole world what this guy has got, And it’s going to be a project of Triple H, and we’ll see how it goes.”

Mantell, a veteran wrestler as well as a respected booker commented further about Vince’s dissection of NXT and how Triple H might react:
“Got to go a hell of a lot better than Vince had planned for him, which was nothing. I don’t know why he would take all that hard work and dump it out like garbage. And if you’re Triple H, you’re thinking; it’s almost a signal to the person who designed that, then they don’t have any respect for your work, and it’s not forgotten. I think Triple H is going to show him the right way to do things. And he knows how to do them, he can.”

Is Hunter Getting Even with Vince?
It’s often been said that the best form of revenge is massive success and if Triple H subscribes to this idea, you can be sure he’ll want to show how successful the stars of NXT can be on the main roster with the right push.
Triple H bringing back released stars such as Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Dakota Kai is just one sign that Triple H wants to prove Vince was wrong in not pushing these and other NXT Superstars.
The rumors that Hunter plans to push Tomassa Ciampa hard is another hint that “The Cerebral Assassin” believes he knows what the fans want.
Naturally, the real success will be in the ratings and fans will have to wait to see whether Triple H succeeds or fails.
