The Judgment Day Annihilate Edge Again
Good news for Dominik Mysterio as Edge’s revenge attempt goes wrong on RAW. Edge battled Dominik Mysterio in tonight’s main event, dealing plenty of punishment to the young wrestler who betrayed him at Clash at the Castle.
Although Rhea Ripley accompanied Dominik, she proved to be little help for him as Edge battered Dominik for most of the match. Edge was dominant throughout the match, even when Ripley was able to insert herself into the fray.
Edge’s Revenge Goes Wrong
Things looked hopeless for Dominik after Edge tied him up in the ring ropes and used Dominik as his personal punching bag. Edge backed up and prepared to Spear Dom into Friday Night SmackDown when Rey Mysterio slid into the ring, begging Edge not to hurt Dominik any further.
A conflicted Edge argued with Papa Rey, who pleaded for mercy on his son’s behalf. Regrettably for “The Rated-R Superstar,” the rest of The Judgment Day rolled in, attacking Edge and Rey.
What followed was an all too familiar scene, The Judgment Day annihilating Edge then targeting his already tender knee with multiple chair shots.
Dominik Mysterio and his new-found friends may have knocked Edge out of action. Even if Edge returns soon, he’ll have to deal with The Judgment Day while also dealing with Rey Mysterio’s efforts to save his son.
