Oh dear…
CM Punk has finally broken his silence.
Punk has been relatively quiet since the commotion after the All Out PPV, but last night whilst undertaking commentary for an MMA company, Punk addressed the AEW backstage incident.
Rather casually, Punk would state: “Oh I’m bad news, you don’t want me in the locker room”.
Punk was clearly referencing his backstage brawl with members of The Elite back in September.
We still don’t know the status of Punk’s AEW contract. We know that AEW President, Tony Khan would like to buy out Punk’s contract; however, the status of this is unknown.
Last night it surfaced that AEW have removed Punk from the Fight Forever video game cover, so this is possibly an indication that the relationship between the two sides has not healed.
