Carmella to Challenge Belair for the RAW Women’s Title
Carmella faces Bianca Belair at Money in the Bank for the RAW Women’s Championship. No true believer, WrestleLamia hasn’t inhaled second-hand smoke from Riddle. This is what happened after Carmella defeated four of RAW’s best to replace Rhea Ripley.
Four of RAW’s top female talents along with Carmella battled in a Fatal Five-Way Match to determine Bianca Belair’s opponent for Money in the Bank. Belair’s original opponent Rhea Ripley is not medically cleared to compete.
Incredibly, Carmella defeated Asuka, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, and Alexa Bliss to win the match. Apparently, the WWE wants to give Belair the night off so she can prepare for SummerSlam.
The WWE has another week before Money in the Bank so perhaps it will pull a swerve and put in a different opponent for Belair. Otherwise, Money in the Bank is looking like just another B-show.
