Hmm?!
Fans were left stunned when Omos challenged Brock Lesnar to a match at WrestleMania 39 this past Monday on RAW.
Everyone was under the impression that this was a major red herring, and WWE are in-fact planning another match between Lesnar and Bobby Lashley.
However, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Lesnar vs. Omos is legitimately the plan whilst Bray Wyatt will be taking on Lashley.
Meltzer added:
“I thought every match (at Elimination Chamber) was strong, except the Lesnar match. The Lesnar match, you know, it was four minutes and had an explosive finish, it was a typical Lesnar match that they do. It was a way to get out of the match. Obviously, they’re going with Bray Wyatt against Lashley and they’re going with Brock Lesnar vs Omos”.
