Backstage Chaos as The Bloodline Take Out Various Superstars
Bad news for wrestlers on the red brand as The Bloodline declares war on RAW’s Superstars. Tonight’s episode opened with Roman Reigns calling out Kevin Owens for invading “his” show SmackDown. Reigns declared The Bloodline was going to show some of their juice.
It didn’t take long to see what “The Tribal Chief” was talking about as The Bloodline attacked wrestlers backstage.
RAW’s first hour saw some exciting matches as well as some brutal backstage beatdowns. “Honorary” Uce Sami Zayn directed traffic while The Bloodline destroyed one wrestler after another.
Elias, who narrowly escaped destruction at the hands of Solo Sikoa last week, wasn’t so lucky this week. Solo blasted Elias with his guitar. The Bloodline joked it was time for a “guitar Solo.”
Bad things continued to happen as WWE authority figure Adam Pearce tried in vain to reach Paul Heyman. In the meantime, the chaos continued.
Bloodline Declares War on RAW’s Superstars
The Bloodline eventually took things from the backstage area, attacking The O.C. after Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows defeated Alpha Academy.
Finally, Adam Pearce and a small army of security showed up. Sami Zayn and The Usos said they’d delivered their message, declaring they run the WWE.
Security escorted them out of the ring but things didn’t go without incident as AJ Styles dove at the Usos until security broke them apart.
An angry AJ Styles confronted Adam Pearce last night, securing a match with Sami Zayn.
The invasion angle was quite the way to start the first hour and keep fans tuned in. What’s next?
