Last night’s historic NXT featured a number of WWE main roster stars appearing on the show, including The Judgment Day, Shinsuke Nakamura & Shotzi.
The closing segment of the show also featured a cameo from Mr Money in the Bank, Austin Theory.
As the dramatic and chaotic closing segment came to a close, Dragunov would hold the NXT Title high up in the air, when suddenly Theory’s music would hit. Theory would hold the briefcase in the air, signalling that he could cash in on the NXT Champion.
This would be an unprecedented move on behalf of WWE, as the MITB holder has never cashed in on the NXT Champion.
