Yikes.
Austin Theory has officially lost his Money in the Bank cash-in attempt.
Theory would cash in on RAW last night, and in unprecedented fashion, Theory would cash in on US Champion, Seth Rollins.
Theory would attempt to capitalise on Rollins, after he had been laid out by Bobby Lashley. However, Lashley turned his attention to Theory, allowing Rollins to perform a Curb Stomp to retain the US Title.
This decision has been blasted by fans online, as fans are questioning why Theory would be completely buried in this manner.
Theory didn’t even cash in on the World Title?!

I pretty much assumed there was never a plan for theory to cash in his briefcase on the world title. The bloodline story has too much momentum right now and the players for either of those belts or too numerous for a small fish like theory to actually be considered to take one of the titles. Now, I probably would have been completely OK with him winning the US title in this fashion.
