Edge Talks Relationship with Longtime Tag Team Partner
Are Edge and Christian still friends? While Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair may no longer be pals, that’s not so with Edge and Christian.
Edge spoke with Bleacher Report’s Graham Matthews recently and revealed the two are still tight:
We’re both having a blast, man,. I just talked to him today and the fact that we’re both back doing this when we were never supposed to, and feel like we’re contributing too, that’s huge for us because we take pride in what we do.”

Edge and Christian’s incredible teamwork saw them featured prominently during the Attitude Era as they battled The Hardys Boyz and The Dudley Boyz in some of wrestling’s greatest tag team matches.
Are Edge and Christian Still Friends?
While Edge and Christian eventually split to pursue solo careers, they remained friends, with both men going on to win world championships.
Coincidentally, both men were forced to retire from the ring prematurely due to injuries but they remained together, including a time when they participated in a podcast together.
Incredibly, the two Canadian Superstars received a second chance to compete in the squared circle, with Edge returning to the WWE in 2020 and Christian reuniting with Edge at 2021’s Royal Rumble. Cage left the WWE that year to join All Elite Wrestling.
It’s good to know the long-time friends are still close, despite working in two different promotions.
