Not a Hoax as “Tribal Chief” Makes Rare Live Event Appearance
Roman Reigns Works Live Event. No, this isn’t a hoax but a reality as “The Tribal Chief” recently wrestled at a live event.
The Wrestling Observer Figure Four Online reported that Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre in a 26:55 main event, retaining the Undisputed Championship. Reigns reportedly cut a promo after the match that was described as “a total babyface promo.”
“Diamond” Dave noted that this was “The Tribal Chief’s” first live event in several weeks and that there were supposedly over 7,000 fans in attendance, an impressive number not seen since the WWE’s Madison Square Garden show last March.
What do you think of “The Head of the Table” working a live event? Could this be a sign that Reigns’ extremely light schedule is ending?
Could it be a case of Roman staying in shape for a possible match against Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle? Finally, should fans read too much into the continued reports of Reigns acting like a babyface at house shows? Let us know in the comments below.
